Businesses where good processes are a given and technology serves people, not the other way around.
About me
I am an industrial engineer living in Konstanz on Lake Constance. For over eight years, I have worked at the intersection of logistics, inventory management and process optimization. One question always interests me: how can a process become simpler, clearer and more reliable?
My work starts with the process, not the software. Only when a workflow has been understood, refined and clearly structured is it worth mapping it into a system or automating it with AI.

This sequence makes the difference between a tool that creates work and one that takes work off your hands.
Vision and mission
As an engineer, I think in feedback loops: vision is the setpoint, mission is the controller, and metrics close the loop.
I help businesses understand and simplify their processes, then improve them sustainably with the right tools, from data dashboards to AI. Pragmatic, measurable and designed to work in everyday practice.
Strategy
Four steps in a fixed order. The line shows what happens to the process at each step.
Understand
Record the current process as it really operates, not as the manual describes it.
Simplify
Remove unnecessary steps, loops and breaks between systems.
Standardize
Define clear rules, responsibilities and metrics.
Digitalize
Only then introduce tools such as dashboards, automation or AI assistants.
Review criteria
Simplicity before complexity
The best solution is one you can explain.
Data before intuition
Decisions need metrics, not assumptions.
Value before technology
A tool is only as good as the process behind it.
Honesty before sales
Sometimes the best recommendation is not to automate anything.
Modules
KeyOne
KeyOne is my personal collection of projects, ideas and work samples. It shows how I think and work: I start with a real problem, give it structure and turn it into a clear, usable solution. Every project on this site illustrates that journey.
The key that unlocks a tangled process.
One clear solution instead of ten half-finished ones.
The arch
The pointed arch, KeyOne’s central motif, is constructed rather than drawn freehand: two circular arcs, two centers, one clear rule.
That is how I understand good processes. What looks elegant almost always follows a simple, clean construction.
The header image
The website’s header brings the two cities together. They tell the story behind my work: rooted in precision and craftsmanship, with a forward-looking perspective.
The color
KeyOne’s turquoise is inspired by Isfahan’s dome tiles. In this architecture, it represented calm, clarity and lasting strength—qualities a good process should also have.
Beyond work
My best ideas come when I am out walking. On long walks, usually with a podcast in my ears, which I prefer to music. For me, YouTube is one of the greatest learning resources of our time.
The marathon fascinates me as a symbol of perseverance and good planning, while team sports remind me that good results almost always come from teamwork. Part of my heart has belonged to Chelsea FC for years, even if I watch less often these days.
